I am very satisfied with the team that sent out to help me move my belongings from the U-haul to the storage unit. They were on time and ready to get the job done, and that they did in the window I requested. I wish to say and extra word about Ishmail - he was very delightful and energetic and super helpful. Usually, I'm the type of person who plays "sidewalk supervisor" but I felt absolutely confident this team knew what they were doing and knew what they were there for and knew their job. Not only did they do a few extra's for me that really helped me complete my move in a smooth manner. I give 10 + stars to this team and I would recommend them in a heart beat. As I was moving from Florida to Texas and driving a u-haul while pulling a car trailer I had no idea what day or time I would arrive at the storage unit I had reserved. So I had to request service "same day service" I was a bit thrown back on the cost but then again, It was a last minute request and I accepted the extra amount and found it to be worth the weight in gold.
