Was 45 mins late , hygiene was awful , no mask or gloves on during Cov-19. Damage furniture and put a hole in my wall . Also paid for 4 hours and they split after 2 . Had attitude when they pulled up !

They ask to come at 11am and instead of 9am because they were tired from the previous day's job. I did agree. They came at 11:30. He did bring an extra helper. We had a very organized labeling system. Everything with the letter A was going to one location. Everything mark B went in truck first and in storage unit last so it was accessible. Everything mark C and furniture went in the back of storage unit. This concept was apparently not understood, even though I explained it several times. They did worked hard.

The bulk of the prepaid time was spent with the two movers arguing amongst each other and with at least one other party over the phone about how to load items and whether larger items should have been disassembled or not. As our move-out was delayed 24 hours by the previous company we hired, this wasted time ultimately resulted in us having to abandon items to meet our landlord’s deadline to return keys.

When I called the mover originally he offered me a lower rate and told me not to book through this service. Two days later he texted and said to book through the service since he'd been thinking about it. When they showed up 20 minutes late, they werent in any big hurry to get started and they spent the majority of the time rearranging the truck instead of getting the heavy items onto the truck like I asked. They werent able to get everything done in 2 hours, even though everything was already packed in boxes, and we ended up having to do a lot ourselves.
