They came and worked hard. Moved all the items I needed from upstairs to downstairs and from downstairs to upstairs. This was really appreciated because the weather was bad and they were the last minute replacement of someone else. This was truly appreciated. I would hire again.

My starting time slot was 4-5pm. I got a call around 3pm saying they would be there a little after 5pm. At 5:50pm, I called to make sure they were coming. I was told they would be heading my way in 10 minutes. At 6:50, I got a text saying they were coming toward me and would be to my address at 7:30pm. They arrived after 8pm, and then I had to give my directions for what I needed packed multiple times. They were in no hurry to complete the job, even after I told them I had kids I needed to put to bed.

Quick communication, they were quicker than I thought! Were super careful and communicated / asked questions about how they wanted me to have things done. Will use them next year if I move and will refer them to other people too!

They were slow! They took a 30min water break and stood around. My wife has to show the guys what to do and how to do their job the whole time. They kept complaining about the truck we had, which was the only one left for us to get. Then they left early and didn’t finish their two hours. They said they be back on another day to finish the work and then they booked someone else’s move and said they werent coming back. They were rude and barely understood anything we said. I would never use them again and highly recommend no one use them for their move. They are amateurs and very slow, you want the job done right and fast, don’t hire these guys, biggest mistake!

We were really impressed with Jeremy and his co-mover. Our moving day did not start out well as our Penske rental was not delivered on time, thus interfering with our loading schedule. Jeremy was very flexible and accommodated us by coming a full hour later than planned. Upon arrival, Jeremy asked careful questions to ascertain what we needed loaded and how best do do that. Both movers were careful and methodical in carrying and securing our belongings and packed the truck in record time (we’ve moved 4 times in 7 years, so we’ve got a few comparison points). They came well-prepared and provided from their own materials to make sure delicate items were protected and secured well. In every way the movers conveyed the impression that they were more concerned with doing a good job than with “putting in their time” and going on to the next job. We highly recommend Alpha Moving.
