I was expecting my furniture to be wrapped. I specifically requested this company because it stated wrapping. They said that they wrap If I provide the wrap,. They did work hard but a little slow at times. I used someone else a year ago that wrapped and moved the same items except the refrigerator and washer dryer. The other company wrapped, loaded from a second story apartment and unloaded to this house in the same amount of time that it took these guys to load. I wish I would have used the other guys. I would not use them again.

Great gentlemen worked faster than expected. They were on time as well. We loaded and unloaded a 16 ft truck in 4 hours. I would use them again.

The workers at Carter moving were very patient and flexible when I needed to change the window for when my storage would be made available and my apartment would be ready. They even did telephone followups to keep apprised of my moving situation as the changes occurred.
The movers actually arrived to my apt before I did and they were friendly and helpful. My furniture made it up three flights of stairs and was unscathed from the move. The guys even went the extra mile to fold the moving blankets and toss the cardboard boxes to help clean up afterward.
They worked diligently and treated my furniture and books well; I would definitely consider hiring them when I have to move next time.
