I requested two helpers but got three - all were very diligent about staying on task and were competent and able bodied. Furniture was properly packed and padded, and well strapped in for our DIY move. Staff were very respectful, clean and came equipped with moving tools for the big pieces they knew they would be hauling. Glad I hired them!

I am quite dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. I had a Monday morning appointment scheduled via this website. The mover responded promptly to confirm. So far, so good.
Monday I called at 7am (the time listed as the earliest in their posted schedule) to ask when they would arrive. I obviously woke up the man who answered the phone and it took him a few minutes to realize who I was and what I was asking. He then asked me what service I had contracted (3 men / two hours). After we had that hammered out, I asked again when I could expect someone to arrive. He said he could come whenever I wanted, so I proposed 9am (it was now about 7:20am) and he agreed. Then he asked my address which I thought was odd since I had provided that information earlier. In any case, I gave him an address and directions. It's dead easy to get here, btw. You take a major highway exit, turn right, drive a couple of miles to a light, turn left (into the well-marked suddivision),
