I was not pleased with their time management nor was I satisfied with how they loaded my pods. I had to pay someone else to remove all the furniture and reload it properly. Generating ample room to load more items. I gave them 4 hours to load and they only loaded one pod and 1/3 of the other one. With three workers I know they could have done more in 4 hours time.

When they connected the cloths washing machine up they failed to connect the waste water hose to the drain pipe. The senior person told the wife it was all connected and ready to use.
We were in unpacking the boxes, but clothes needed to be washed. My wife put soiled clothes in the washing machine, turned it on and continued unpacking. While we unpacking water was gushing all over the floor. I ran and shut the washer down. Water was everywhere. My wife grabbed a towel preventing the water from damaging the great room carpet and I grabbed a towel to absorb the water and wringing it time and time again to absorb all the water. It must have taken a couple of hours to get the standing water off the floor. Then I had to get another towel to absorb the water that seeped onto the carpet into the bedroom area followed by using paper towels to collect as much as I could; this took about a hour to complete.
We are totally upset and angry. Pure carelessness!

The team did a fantastic job unloading a 16 foot POD filled with heavy furniture and boxed household goods. And in record time - resulting in a refund of one hour of unused time. The team was professional, careful, friendly, and efficient. Definitely customer focused!
