Jerome and Jose did an awesome job! They were quick and efficient and very friendly too! So thankful I found them. They arrived on time finished helping to wrap up the furniture and loaded and unloaded the truck in a timely manner. Also needed to use their truck as a ran out of space in mine.

Jerome was on time and worked very quickly to pack my POD with all of my items. However, the issue was how the items arrived. When my POD arrived, my movers at my destination were continuously frustrated at the disorderly packing, which caused many items to shift in transit and get damaged. For example, many heavy items were stacked on lighter items, noted fragile boxes with "This Side Up" were not packed with the indicated side up. Many pieces of furniture ended up with dings or chips that were not there when they were originally packed. Several boxes were also damaged due to the poor packing. I commend them for their speed, but I was not pleased with the condition of my items when I received them after transit.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
2-day prior confirmation Free disassembly and reassembly. You also get to watch use play Tetris with furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If at all possible put items in boxes and tape them closed flat. Please notify the crew of any specialty items prior to the move date (Load/Unload).
What types of moves have you handled?
We service local, in-home, intrastate, interstate, office moves and senior citizens relocations.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people from different walks of life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Common sense training; ergonomic training....making less steps gets more done. We are attentive to the customer’s belongings.
