My movers were awesome! They were a little late, but they let me know in advance which was great. They were very nice, professional and quick! It was super easy to make my reservation as well. The price wasn’t too bad considering the wonderful service they provided.

Brought my moving truck in from out of town and had this Stack in a box offload my furniture at my new home. These guys are punctual, efficient and courteous.
I hired 2 men for 2 hours. JJ and partner showed up on time and ready to work despite the heat and high humidity.
They completed the offload and put my furniture together within the 2 hours with enough time to spare.
I would definitely hire them again!

They were early. Prepared, professional, they listened to my concerns, they didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them, they had their equipment needed for the job and they had on their masks on etc. They were great! I would use them again and had planned on it but they did such a great job that we didn’t need a second day of help. They were hard workers, no evidence of being lazy. I would definitely recommend them to Anyone who need the help! I know I said this Twice…

All in all, we have no serious concerns about how our belongings were packed into our shipping container. However, there were a few things which, combined, means there is room for improvement. (1) Our biggest, heaviest furniture was put in first, meaning it came out last. For something like the headboard, bed frame, mattress and hope chests, which all need to be in place before you know which part of the room is free to stack boxes in, this created a complex challenge on move out. The guys handling our unload were shocked it hadn't been done the other way around so the big stuff came out first. (2) Many of our boxes were marked "nothing on top", "do not stack" and "this end up" and for the most part these labels were ignored which created breakage risk which easily could have been avoided. Thankfully damage seems minimal so far, but we did have some items not survive. (3) Overall a bigger focus on being done quickly rather than being careful. The guys who unloaded treated our stuff like it was their stuff. These guys treated our stuff like it was jamming up their lifestyle somehow.
This being said, they were on time, they were polite and they worked hard for us.

Jerome, Derrick, and Dre were excellent. Showed up on time and go straight to the task of packing our 2 PODS. Worked steady and never stopped, lifted heavy loads and maximized the space in the PODS. Would highly recommend Jerome and his team.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
2-day prior confirmation Free disassembly and reassembly. You also get to watch use play Tetris with furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If at all possible put items in boxes and tape them closed flat. Please notify the crew of any specialty items prior to the move date (Load/Unload).
What types of moves have you handled?
We service local, in-home, intrastate, interstate, office moves and senior citizens relocations.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people from different walks of life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Common sense training; ergonomic training....making less steps gets more done. We are attentive to the customer’s belongings.
