They were on time. They got the job done, but I would not use them again due to the following: 1) they dropped my printer, 2) their hands were dirty and stained my cloth ottoman and wall decor 3) they didn’t know how to properly pack a trailer 4) and they rolled a muddy dolly across the bedroom carpet.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys! I really put them to work with a lot of extremely heavy furniture going on the second floor. They were amazing! Very professional and courteous. They made sure we were happy with everything before they left. Highly recommended Stack in the Box!

Showed up early. Hard working and worked the whole time without stopping. Packed the truck mostly well. A few items did shift in the 1200 mile ride and a fragile box was placed underneath a very heavy box. Fortunately nothing broke and everything made it. Didn't take apart couches to move them, and used dollies to roll them, which I was told by the unloading company put the couches at risk of damage. I had coverings over the white couches to protect them and was going to wrap the couches in saran wrap to keep the covering on. Was told I didn't need to by the movers and the coverings did uncover as they carried them and now the couches have dirt stains. Overall, experience was mostly positive 4/5 stars.

We were worried about fitting all our things into our POD. The Stack in the Box moving team came in and the first thing they said was "This will be easy!" That put us at so much ease! They were able to fit everything into our POD and have a little room left over! We were super impressed. They also wrapped up our furniture so carefully. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
2-day prior confirmation Free disassembly and reassembly. You also get to watch use play Tetris with furniture.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If at all possible put items in boxes and tape them closed flat. Please notify the crew of any specialty items prior to the move date (Load/Unload).
What types of moves have you handled?
We service local, in-home, intrastate, interstate, office moves and senior citizens relocations.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people from different walks of life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Common sense training; ergonomic training....making less steps gets more done. We are attentive to the customer’s belongings.
