When I get them into that new home and see them finally breathe and smile, I know I did more than just carry boxes. I helped them get to their next chapter safe and sound.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We cover everything from advanced padding techniques to protecting floors and doorframes. my crew goes through a 'day one' training on the fundamentals: how to wrap fragile items, how to navigate tight corners without a scratch, and how to load a truck but Most importantly, I train them on customer service. I want my crew to be the reason a customer feels relieved at the end of the day. We focus on being fast, being careful, and keeping a positive energy on the job.
