They were on time and worked diligently and were friendly, but their truck packing skills were lacking. The 65”TV was not secured and the bicycle handle bars punched through the box. We don’t yet know if the TV works. The kitchen trash can was new and they threw it on top at the end and now it is dented and scratch as it was hitting against the bike. One of the boxes was crushed on the side. They also put two big scratches in the floor of the kitchen moving furniture out. The apartment was new when I moved in and had no damage to the nice floor until now. This was a one-way, long distance move so they did not see the results of their pack.

The moving crew that showed up did a great job,but the communication on the day of the move was a bit frustrating. There was a change in the crew due to an illness of the driver, which is understandable. We were not notified of this change until after the time the crew was supposed to arrive which meant the work was delayed. The most frustrating part was the inability to get a hold of someone despite the number of phone numbers and emails provided by the company, everything went to voicemail.

I noticed after they left they damaged both of my beds and I was not told about it. 1 guy was an hour late.
They were nice guys but they should have been up front with me about breaking my e pensive beds.

Darryl and Arizona where on time, worked quickly and where good natured and respectful. They where also the best loaders I've ever had. We had so much space left over in the truck and everything was super snug and isn't going to move around during our long drive!

Initially I was very happy with the service. All of the guys were friendly, though I was annoyed that my start time was listed at 10am even though they started around 10:15. Now a week after the move I’m realizing that they disregarded all of the labeling on our moving boxes. I’m not sure why I paid over $3000 and I’m moving boxes from the basement up two flights of stairs when the boxes were clearly marked as master bedroom boxes. I’m also now realizing how much of my things were broken in the move. Definitely would NOT recommend.

The guys were very friendly and remained positive despite adverse weather. I didn’t appreciate the amount of time they spent on their phones or the fact that I was charged for work starting at 10am even though 2 workers started at 10:08am and a third worker arrived at 10:15am. I’m unsure if I would use them again or not.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When booking with Wild Safari Moving, you can expect to receive excellent communication from our team pertaining to your move. Making this transition as smooth as possible for you. You can also expect a team full of trustworthy movers, we all want to know that our valuables are being treated with the best care and we want to ensure you that we will do just that.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, expect to receive a courtesy call with a three hour window gap of times that work best for you. When our movers are in route they will call you to inform you of their ETA. Once movers have arrived expect to give a brief walk through of what you would like us to accomplish for you, and from there on out, expect for our movers to get the job done for you efficiently and in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day, we ask that customers prepare by having belongings packed, if we are not the ones packing for you. Labeling boxes of locations (ex. kitchen, dining, bedroom). Also, briefly going over Triple Berry's moving guidelines of things we are not allowed to move for liability purposes.
What types of moves have you handled?
In the past Wild Safari Moving has successfully completed Local moves as well as long distance moves. We also provide loading, packing, unloading and unpacking.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
A mover deals with different situations on a daily basis. No move nor customer is the same, but when you are able to help your customers complete a stressful task by the end of the move they are smiling and happy with the service they received,it makes it all worth it. That's the best part about being a mover for Triple Berry Moving.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide on-line training for our movers to stay updated on new moving techniques. We also have hands-on training for our movers so that they know proper lifting techniques and are properly trained to care for our customers.
