Please know the actual moving persons did a fabulous job. It appears everything was out of their control. The first issue, was that they changed the move time not us. When they arrived, they had the wrong size truck for the amount of items to be moved. Their boss told them that it would be OK and sent them over anyway. This caused numerous trips necessary to complete the move exceeding the prepaid three hour job. After speaking with hire a helper and Safari they agreed to give me two extra hours and deduct $300 from the total cost. A few dishes were broken and a vanity was destroyed in the process. I'm not sure if it's worth the hassle to file a claim since everything else was a huge hassle to get it taken care of. I don't know who is at fault in this matter, but it's always the consumer that ends up paying the price. And again the moving persons are not to be held accountable. In the future, if I ever need a move, I will not contact hire a helper and I will definitely refuse service from Safari moving. Although they did compensate me in some manner, trust me when I say, this created a great deal of stress for everyone involved that was unnecessary And absolutely preventable which would yield an excellent rating

Wild Safari did a great job. Arrived on time and worked hard to move my things quickly.
I do not recommend using Moving Staffers to provide a quote! My move took 3 hours and they charged me 6! I told them it was too much time for a simple move and their representative told me that it could be adjusted. It was not adjusted after arguing the point with them. I did not sign to authorize my card and they charged me anyway.
Horrible company. A lot of legal loop holes.

They were on time and worked diligently and were friendly, but their truck packing skills were lacking. The 65”TV was not secured and the bicycle handle bars punched through the box. We don’t yet know if the TV works. The kitchen trash can was new and they threw it on top at the end and now it is dented and scratch as it was hitting against the bike. One of the boxes was crushed on the side. They also put two big scratches in the floor of the kitchen moving furniture out. The apartment was new when I moved in and had no damage to the nice floor until now. This was a one-way, long distance move so they did not see the results of their pack.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When booking with Wild Safari Moving, you can expect to receive excellent communication from our team pertaining to your move. Making this transition as smooth as possible for you. You can also expect a team full of trustworthy movers, we all want to know that our valuables are being treated with the best care and we want to ensure you that we will do just that.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, expect to receive a courtesy call with a three hour window gap of times that work best for you. When our movers are in route they will call you to inform you of their ETA. Once movers have arrived expect to give a brief walk through of what you would like us to accomplish for you, and from there on out, expect for our movers to get the job done for you efficiently and in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
On moving day, we ask that customers prepare by having belongings packed, if we are not the ones packing for you. Labeling boxes of locations (ex. kitchen, dining, bedroom). Also, briefly going over Triple Berry's moving guidelines of things we are not allowed to move for liability purposes.
What types of moves have you handled?
In the past Wild Safari Moving has successfully completed Local moves as well as long distance moves. We also provide loading, packing, unloading and unpacking.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
A mover deals with different situations on a daily basis. No move nor customer is the same, but when you are able to help your customers complete a stressful task by the end of the move they are smiling and happy with the service they received,it makes it all worth it. That's the best part about being a mover for Triple Berry Moving.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide on-line training for our movers to stay updated on new moving techniques. We also have hands-on training for our movers so that they know proper lifting techniques and are properly trained to care for our customers.
