The guys loaded the boxes onto the truck like they were assembling a jigsaw puzzle, not wasting any space! I was very impressed. If you don't have friends to load your stuff hire these guys, they work hard.

The men that were sent were nice - but they were not movers. One of the two men was a 15 year old! Took them 20 min to open our truck and get the ramp placed! They were unable to move many large items because they were too heavy! The truck was loaded in 4 hours but they were not able to unload in 4! Over half of our load was left in the garage due to time. We will hire a professional moving company next time.

They worked very hard to empty the two 28' trailers. They were careful with my house and the items they removed from the trailer as they moved them into the house.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER! Hire a Helper was great handling this assigment and the resulting disaster, I'd use them again but this mover sent very unqualified help for the job and basically left us high and dry. Luckily our kind neighbors came to our rescue!!

Service was great. The booking agent (a woman) asked if there was anything else she could help with. Our forecast for moving day in Minnesota was rain/sleet/snow and I asked if she could make that go away. Surprisingly enough on moving day we had clouds and sun with no precipitation!!
