They wanted to come much earlier than scheduled, but we were okay with that. They came and at first seemed to be very friendly and helpful. They did a pretty good job, but failed to take care of our belongings by properly wrapping and loading them. They stepped on my husband's tool chest to get to other things and dented it pretty good. Then they had only worked 2 out of the 3 hours we hired them for and when we asked them to stay for the 15 minutes worth of other items we needed help with, they were very impatient. When I told them we still had them for another hour and to be patient, they were visibly perturbed. It is unfortunate that they were only thinking about getting out of there as fast as they could, instead of us, their customer.

We used Pro Movers this week for a local move in Irvine. Brian stayed in touch with us as we approach the moving day. Cameron and Kris called us the morning of the move to confirm on what to bring. They showed up on time, worked hard and took care of our furniture for our move. Our new place has a narrow stairwell. Cameron and Kris hand moved several pieces furniture up by hand rather than a dolly. I highly recommend their service.

Im really impressed with this company. The movers were early, they finished bringing my 1 bedroom apartment downstairs into the rental truck in a little over an hour. They did an amazing job fitting everything into the truck. They were very nice, proffesional, and quick. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

The two gentlemen that helped us to move heavy furniture from upstairs to the downstairs garage were very respectful and professional. Besides being hard workers, they were also very pleasant and nice.

These guys worked really hard to unload my Uhaul and bring everything to our 2nd floor apartment. I had a large couch, which I didn't realize would be a tight fit, but they managed to bring it through safely with no damage. Along with a couple king size beds and tons of boxes, I honestly could not have done this move without their help. I only had them for 3 hours but they seemed determined to try to finish everything within the time frame. They took only a (well deserved) 5 min break every hour and went back to work just as strong and did not slack or complain. I'm greatful for them working hard and fast during the time I had them. I'm definitely going to call Pro Movers again if the need arises. These people were definitely PRO!

Moving is stressful. So we are a partner in your move. Our sales reps gather all your move day information and strategizes with our Moving crews. Courtesy text messages with all updates on your move. From pickup to drop off, our Forman's will update you with their ETA always.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will come ready to work and help you with packing/moving/lifting/stacking. Just tell us what you need and we'll get it done.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Unless you request packing service, please be ready to move and pack up all of your boxes/items. The fewer little things you have around the faster you move will go. Save time, save money.
What types of moves have you handled?
We provide all moving services, local, long distance, commercial etc. Just call and tell us what and where you're moving to.
