Moved into an apartment with brand new carpeting, so we were going to coordinate with the unloaders just to bring boxes to the door and we would put them in the apartment to make sure no dirt was tracked into the apartment. When they brought up extremely heavy items, they (on their own) removed their shoes at the door as not to have us carry the heavy items!
I pretty much think this shows how much respect they paid to both us and the apartment complex.
I hope we don't need to move in the future, but if we do ... we know exactly who we are calling.

Our helpers called and asked if they could come even earlier than agreed on (great news for us) and eagerly transported some of our very heavy furniture down a step set of stairs and then to our storage room. There was a piece of equipment that was extremely difficult to handle as well as heavy-but these guys had a "can do" attitude and never complained! They finished on time and were extremely professional, careful, and pleasant.

Have items organized with all boxes closed and secured and not packed to heavily. Any items that are very fragile please have pre wrapped with bubble wrap etc or have materials so we can do so
