This crew was on time and ready to work! They were careful with our furniture, and worked systematically to unload everything into the correct rooms. They were not at all slow or lazy, even in the high heat and humidity that day. All were really nice and polite. We would definitely use them again.

Jonathon is great at his job. He arrived a little early to unload his truck w moving supplies. He came prepared and worked so hard to load the storage pod I had ordered. He and his work partner were able to figure out how to get all the furniture items to fit in like a jigsaw puzzle. And, made sure they were wrapped w blankets and protected.
I plan on hiring him again once my storage pod gets delivered to my new address. I know I can trust that he will work just as hard.

Checked in the day before to see if they could come by earlier than scheduled. They showed up and did a great job. We only needed help with a few items and they were very efficient.

All-Star movers called at 11am to let me know they would be late due to a wreck. I understood, because this is Nashville. They were scheduled at 11:30 and got there at 12:30. No big deal, they let me know and it was out of their hands. They came prepared and diligently. They took no breaks and were working the entire time. They were very respectful of my property, making sure to cover and secure things to ensure no damage. I would definitely use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call/text with a expected time of arrival, and a final check to see if you need any addtional items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best preparation is done by having all items boxed and ready to go prior to arrival. It's also helpful to have a clear idea of what items are going and what items are not going on the upcoming move, in the case that all items are not going. Its also helpful to make it known which items are "must go" items, and which items are "if we have room left" items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled a wide range of moves including local, long distance, office, and just about every type of move that comes to mind. We have been to 48 states during our time doing long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have 2 favorite parts when it comes to moving. The 1st favorite is the challenge of loading items, and the game of tetris that comes with it. The 2nd favorite part is the physical workout that comes with moving, it keeps us in shape.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers on proper lifting techniques, proper loading techniques, and the many ways to protect furniture as well as protecting the floors, walls, and doorways of the house.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
