Did not call before arrival.
Had No supplies, no dolly, no straps, no moving cart.
They did Not work as a team.
Due to Not working as a team they weren’t as careful with my belongings.
I would NOT use them again, and I even paid $200 more to have the “more experienced crew” for loading the POD (not worth it at all)!
I ended up spending 3 hours reloading the POD after they left and they loaded it in an hour and a half.
If you don’t care about your belongings and want fast service they might work for you but NOT me!

Although the personnel had a great attitude. They damaged my washer/dryer combo and my purchased insurance did not cover the damage because I did not use the washer for over 24hrs when I discovered the damage. Which will now cost me 2K. If you purchase the the insurance please make sure you inspect everything immediately or they will offer you a miserable pay of amount. I will never use hireahelper again.

These 3 workers were so efficient and worked great together to use every inch of that pod. I highly recommend this crew ??. Took them less than 2 hours to do our 3 bedroom house.

Very deceptive practices and over charged for the service provided. Read the fine print. The company recommended that I pay up front for 4 hours 2 men. The guys were finished in less than 2 hour and Hire a Helper refused to refund the difference to my AMX card.
Please note: The team was on time, awesome and finished up in less than 2 hours. Not one scratch on the walls or furniture. Very polite and efficient.
The POD experience was great billed exactly what they quoted.
Hire a Helper is a tarnish on their reputation.
