The guys worked steady until the job was done. I appreciated the help.

Time was allotted for them to show up between 8am to 9am. Didn't get a phone call until 9:30 am saying they were late and wouldn't be there for another 30 minutes.
Waited until 10:30 am, got no other calls, and had to call in to find out what was going on.
After that, they called, said they were 20 minutes out, no explanation as to why.
The whole time I was loading by myself from when they were supposed be there, and so when they did finally arrive, they only had to perform 30 minutes of work while I was still billed for the full time.
On top of that, I only hired two and they showed up with 3 people. The youngest guy was incredibly polite, but the other two were just complaining the entire time about how they didn't want to lift or move items. They just threw the items into the POD with no organizational skill, and I had to spend another hour afterwards reorganizing it.
Wouldn't recommend them, this was unprofessional ASF. Save your money.

They were prompt on arrival time :) They both were very courteous. We appreciated how they were able to get 98% of our stuff in the pods that we rented. One thing we learned from them was to not trust what was the recommended size of pods from the pod customer service person. If we were staying local, we would definitely be using Elite Enterprise again.

The 2-man-crew that came out did a great job on our move. They were efficient, communicated and worked well together, respectful of our property to avoid damages, accommodating and put items exactly where we wanted them placed (even if it was a tight fit), and they were just all around pleasant guys. They arrived on time and were able to get our move done within the time we had requested. We had zero issues, and I would definitely use them again.
