Both of the gentlemen who came to unpack my 16' truck were very courteous so no problem there But the were extremely slow and did not carry things in effectively. The truck took 3 hrs to pack from a 2nd floir unit with snow and icy conditions. They took FOUR hours to unpack and bring it up to a 2nd floor, even after they said they should only take a total of 2 1/2 hours. Would not recommend them

HireAHelper, the scheduling agent, on the other hand, needs more responsive action to show seamless and accurate coordination with their contractors and customers.

The two gentlemen that came to help unload the PODS were very helpful. They were trying to get finished to head home to local football game and when they realized they would not be done in time, they said we will stay and finish the job, we need the work. It was a refreshing comment and represents there work ethic.
