My main issue is that One of them was roughly 30 minutes later than the other. I didn't want to talk about them on speaker, but the other gentleman (Jeremiah) showed up on time. They were both fast and pleasant and helpful, and even humorous. Thank you.

Our Appointment was scheduled at 9-11am on Labor Day, but they never called or text. We then texted them, they said they will be out. Then no one showed up or call, we called them again at 10:30, then they said they will be out at 11:30, then no show or no call, we called them again, then they said they will be out around 2:30. At that point, we know we had to hire a different company. Due to today is Labor Day and last minutes we had to pay extra $200 on top of we already prepaid this company. It was the worst moving experience we have ever had. We are extremely disappointed at this company. I wish Hireahelper would not use this company. Stay away from this company.

(Xavier and K.B) were great very respectful young men who really came through for me and carefully handled my items. The truck I rented didn't have the dolly I requested because a wheel was broken. These two guys were strong and worked quickly to get the job done. I really recommend these two guys if you're looking for hard workers. I will definitely be requesting them for my next move.
