They did not show up on time- about 45 minutes after they called to say they were 2 minutes away did they arrive. Could have been a little more careful with the items.

They did respond to same day moving as a back up option to my first set of movers not showing up I’m opening boxes with broken things. I will attribute it to them not listening to the order I asked them to load in. I couldn’t find anything when I moved and when we finally unloaded things were broken and out of place. I kept warning about heavy things and how we’d get more done if they used dolly’s instead of lifting one box at a time which is dangerous and takes more time and the response was “why do you keep saying things are heavy, I’m a man”. The bottom of my dressers leg was also broken because of how they chose to move it. The outfits weren’t right for moving in that one slipped because of the lack of grip. No back braces, gloves, uniforms, nothing. There are tools to use to help. They ignored what said fragile on it and loaded the truck in an inefficient way to where I still had to hire more movers for the rest of my things. I knew they were young but if I pay hundreds for something I expect professionalism and efficiency regardless of who from. Phone calls and breaks should be taken after or before the job, not during. I should be watching you on FaceTime when you’re supposed to be working because that’s not what I paid for. Directions should also be taken considering it’s my stuff that’s being moved.

Do not use if you have furniture you care about. I was cheap and payed the price. Scratched furniture and bad loading technique. Good luck with your move.

We had scheduled for 11am, and the movers came at 12:30pm; no explanation was offered. We booked two hours but they were under the impression that they were only scheduled for one, so there was quite a bit of time spent working that out with their dispatcher, even though we had the confirmation. For the second hour, it was relatively apparent that one of the movers had other plans and did not want to be there for the final hour. Some of the boxes were placed in the house upside down or on their side, though nothing fragile, so it's not a huge deal, just a little careless.
The biggest issue was that both movers showed up and began work without masks. We had to ask them to put masks on, and explained that because we have an infant and a high-risk health condition in our family, we were being very cautious with the pandemic. They did not seem eager to wear masks, and by the second hour of the move, one of the movers had the mask over his chin and the other covering his mouth but not his nose. These guys were nice enough guys and they got the job done, but moves are stressful enough without worrying about whether getting the help you need with the heavy lifting is exposing your family to a health risk.

Shane and Zack were very nice. Very polite. And worked very very hard. Nothing was scratched or dented. They did a perfect job. I appreciate them and appreciate working through hire a helper. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I highly recommend them.

Shane and his brother did a fantastic job at helping me move all my items from a uhaul truck to a storage unit. They were careful with all my furniture, really thought out how to pack everything in the storage unit, and were very respectful. They both have a great sense or humor and were easy to talk to. I'd hire them again.
