These guys were great to work with. They were on time and immediately tackled a tough job of loading and packing our rental truck for a long trip. They were easy to work with and did everything we asked. They finished a little ahead of schedule.
However, we did have major damage to two of our most expensive and treasured furniture items. One was several scratches and a small rip in a leather chair. The other, a deep depression and associated scratch in the top of our cherry dining room table. We are very disappointed in these outcomes but also don't wish to malign these workers. Packing a truck to avoid damage over a 2,000 mile trip is not an easy task. Again, they worked hard and meant well but we have no choice to report the results. Frankly, I would use them again but with more caution.
