My appointment was 8-11am. At 8:20 I received a text confirming location. At 9:20 I was notified they overslept and wouldn’t be at my home until 10:10. This was the biggest hiccup of the day and very frustrating, rightfully so. Other than that, they were polite, efficient and handled everything with care.

Trust me, you all don’t want my opinion. Let’s leave it at that.
Why hire us and lie about your size truck saying it’s 20ft and leave as we’re loading it up? You return 2 and half hours later to a finished truck after your pre-booked time is up. Sounds as if you wanted to see with what labor you could get away with given how you didn’t want to pay the extra time when it came to signing on the invoice. The invoice says hourly not flat rate regardless of how you want it to read.
If you only wanted 2 hours of work done and didn’t want to pay the additional time, we are more than happy to do that and even work with you a little as we do provide a “service”. However, loading a entire 26ft truck, driving your rental truck with liability at risk, unloading entire truck in your brand new single family home, through the pouring rain, and driving it back to the 1st location so we can get in our vehicle and go home, should at least warrant some type of empathy & rational. We are only human.
