Couldn’t be happier - booking was easy, they arrived on time, they were friendly, hard working and respectful of my belongings. Best of all, they had skills - they packed my POD storage container like they were playing Tetris, I couldn’t believe how much they neatly packed in. All the while dodging a thunderstorm, scuttling my stuff across a parking lot during breaks in the rain. Best crew I’ve ever hired, I won’t hesitate to hire them again.

Efficient Moving confirmed my job multiple times, via text and over the phone. The night before my move I got a phone call from Hire a Helper that Efficient Moving was refusing to show up for my move unless I paid them another $125. When I mentioned that they already confirmed my order, they said the person working in their office didn't read the order thoroughly, and still requested I pay them more for them to show up. I agreed to this additional fee, and then they called me the day of my move saying that they were no longer able to come. I asked when we could reschedule, and waited an hour+ for them to call me back. They ended up completing my move over the course of two days. The movers themselves were great when they showed up, but I would not recommend hiring Efficient Moving Labor if you can't be flexible about your costs and dates up to the hour before your move.

Mover's response:
Im sorry for any inconvenience you feel you may have received, but the service that YOU booked was incorrect. You book a on load and a offload in two different location which was over 2 hours away from each other “90 miles” to be exact. We clearly didn’t not realize this mistake till the day of and informed hire helper with the correct information. Any other company would have charged you double the price we quoted you for and as a curtesy we gave you a discount on top of that fee for your wrongly booking. We as a company never refuse any business after confirmation, and we clearly wanted to update your order and make you aware of the price. The price that hire helper told you that you had to pay, would have been the correct price for the booking fee that all our customers have to pay before service is rendered. As far as the two days of moving WE both agreed to coming the next day early morning to go to the second location as time was not on our side and traffic. If you had any problem or concerns the day of the first move and had an issue about the 2nd day move you should have expressed it, and we could have did the job in one day but you agreed with this idea. Like always we would like to thank you for your business and have a blessed day!
