Service was on time, however I had to repack the entire truck myself. There was zero organization or care for my belongings. I have not verified yet, but one young employee fell into the trailer and on top of my packaged TV while carrying it. The crew was there to throw everything in the back of the U-Haul and get out as quickly as possible. In no way would I recommend their services.

The movers were on time and friendly. The men doing the physical labor were fine, but the real gem was Tracy, the woman supervising the move. She was everywhere, making sure things were done efficiently and well. When movers knocked a blind off a wall, she repaired it herself. She prioritized our money and kept the guys moving when they were lagging. Highly recommend Tracy and would definitely use Friends again if I could be sure she was supervising!
