They were on time and nice, but I have found multiple chips on my bedroom furniture. they did not use the furniture blankets they wanted me to rent. Also I paid for 5 hours and they finished in 3 and left, and I had a whole other truck load left at my old house they refused to help load.

Worst service ever!! Used many movers but this company is the worst! Both people on site and at the office were painful to deal with. Booked 4 hours and worked slightly over 2 hours. We paid all 4 hours with no issues. We did not try to pay for less hours. But they demanded that we released payment even though I was driving on a major highway. Overall, not very pleasant to deal with. Just RUDE! DO NOT use them again! EVER!
