They were so great! Came earlier than they were scheduled because my pod came early and took care of everything so fast and so carefully!

The lady on the phone Ashley was rude from the first contact. The two men who showed up to move did a fine job. They sent an extra woman who was rude and hateful and did everything possible to make the job last longer. It was a rough day and she made it much worse. She even made me move items from the pod. When I reported that to Ashley on the phone she became defensive and tried to turn it around and blame it on me. Terrible service. But the two moving guys were great.

It was simple to book services. The quote was on par with the rates one would receive compared to the finding help on the social media market place…and more reliable.
The 3rd party company that was I was partnered with was very responsive and accommodating. They were able to provide services the same day as my booking.
The crew arrived on time and efficiently moved my items without any damage. They could have placed the items more neatly and organized in my garage…at least they didn’t damage anything. The major drawback was the ‘supervisor’ who was also present to oversee the workers and collect payment. She was abrasive and borderline rude. Her demeanor was a stark comparison to the person I booked with…service oriented and friendly v. off putting and rude.
I would use them again though! Just would hope for a different ‘supervisor’.

I threw them a huge curved ball, with a ton of small and heavy boxes and they took care of that like was nothing and finished the job right at the amount of time quoted!

Hired 4 movers. Got 3 guys and the office lady- who I assume did work but the whole point of movers let alone 4 was to have two pairs carry heavy items upstairs…got apparently two people piling boxes and two people bringing things up. Hired for two hours didn’t know breaks were included in paid time. Like yes take a break but I would have thought our clock would have stopped for the breaks too? Maybe the last moving service I used was just above/beyond
