DON'T USE HIREAHELPER.
Acme Moving Labor were very very slow and did a 2 hour or less job in 3 1/2 hours. I had no way to dispute this with HireAhelper. No one answered my calls at HireAHelper. The moving guy would not move from my place till the payment was settled.

They were great!!! Very helpful. They packed our UHaul like a jigzaw puzzle. Used every inch. Even when their time was up, they gave us advise how to continue with our packing. I would definitely use them again!!!

They did a great job. Everything arrived in the same shape it was in before packing. My pre-load questions were answered promptly; calls returned reasonably; arrival and packing estimates accurate; they worked hard, took care of my belongings, and knew what they were doing - all and all - well done.
I was encouraged to get lots of blankets and I should have gotten more as soon as they were skeptical that we had enough. I was afraid I had too much stuff for the POD, Their skill showed in their ability to safely pack a POD 3/4 full and damage nothing - including a piano and glass front buffet.
They said they had lots of ropes for the POD, but didn't bring them. I should have gotten straps as soon as I realized. However, the loading was successful. They managed.
I would definitely hire them again.
