My helpers arrived on time, calling ahead to give me their ETA. I can't say enough good things about these two gentlemen. They treated my things as if they were priceless antiques, which they are not! The best point I can make here is how they were able to get everything into the 16 ft Pod, with room to spare. I was so sure it wasn't all going to fit, I had made a pile for the things I thought I would have to donate to charity if they couldn't get it all in, but they somehow used every inch of space and got it all in there. These guys really know what they are doing. They were friendly and upbeat, even though they were working hard the whole 3 hours. I recommend them highly, and hope I get this level of service at my final destination.

Mr Jackson and his uncle arrived early, took great care to wrap door jams, corners, protect rugs, etc. They got their unloading done fast and efficiently, and then assembled all the items that had been taken apart when packed. They finished in the estimated time.
This was the second time I have used this firm, and I will use them again, and highly recommend them to others.

All I can say is thank you to these guys. They managed to fit a 3br home into just one PACKRAT pod and did it in a short time. They worked hard and were very respectful of our belongings. We even set up the move out of state & they eased our minds about the move and did exactly what they said they could. From the crew loading the pod to staff at the office.... thanks to them all for an outstanding job!

They arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled arrival time, as expected.
Were they prepared for the job?
Very prepared. 3 guys showed up with 2 hand trucks and cling wrap for dressers.
Did they work hard?
Absolutely. They did everything that was asked of them and they did it quickly and carefully.
Were they respectful of your property and goods?
They were very respectful of me and my property. They covered all doorways and laid carpet runners for the floors and helped sweep up dirt afterwards.
Would you use them again?

They were right on time! They were here exactly when they said they would be. They had everything needed to get the job done. They set right to work and worked very hard and very fast. They were very polite and took great care of my stuff. I felt very comfortable with them. They were funny and put me right at ease. They were worth every penny and I would recommend them to everyone! I had a truck loaded with heavy furniture that we couldn't get unloaded at the last minute. I contacted HireAHelper and they sent Kenan and Greg from Acme Moving Labor. These guys are professional movers. They quickly and carefully got the truck unloaded and put the furniture right where I wanted it to go. I highly recommend Acme Moving Labor.

We had a great crew help load our 1Br apartment into a POD.
Move Details:

-3rd floor apt w/ elevator
-All packing done beforehand
-2 man crew
-3 hours total
Our crew arrived very promptly and was in continuous communication before they arrived. After a brief estimate of the items, space and logistics the crew began working immediately and did not stop until the all items ans tasks were completed
We did not have to lift a finger, and the entire job was completed well within our expectations. Afterwards the billing and next steps were clearly explained and completed by text message. I appreciated the minimal paper work and clear invoice breakdown was given.
I would absolutely recommend this company and crew - it made our move more efficient.

Customer prepare for moving day by setting aside any household goods or items that are not going to be taken by the mover to avoid being loaded my mistake. Customer should make arrangements to have pets and children off the premises on moving day.
