They were well within the arrival time window. Were clean, neat, well-spoken, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.
Worked hard and FAST. Amazed me. I had budgeted three hours. They were done in less than one, and the job they did was perfect. Packed the POD neatly, tightly, but still so that I could get in and around some things, as I had to do the next day. Strictly my fault. No reflection upon them whatsoever.

Acme Moving Labor was terrific. They were skilled, personable and professional. Nothing I asked them to do daunted them. In fact, they kept telling me not to worry; it was no problem. They worked very hard and very skillfully, always being careful to treat items with care. I would definitely recommend them and am already planning to use them for my next move in ten years or so.

The Acme Moving Group did a wonderful job....first, I asked if they could come a day earlier as my POD had arrived earlier, they happily changed the time for me, they were prepared for moving my belongings taking great care of the floors and walls etc.....the movers worked very hard as there were heavy pieces furniture to move. They placed the furniture just where I wanted them being very repspectiful of my belongings....I don't plan on moving anytime soon, however, I will refer Acme Movers anytime....I would use them again if the need arises....they moving staff was very friendly, courteous and knew what they were doing....great job fellows

Great job! They were thorough and well-organized; knew how to maneuver heavy loads; and had a great sense of humor. They were on the move all the time, even though we had to move stuff to two levels---one for storage in the garage and another into the condo itself. I would heartedly recommend them.

Kedric and the guys did a great job, made sure the carpeted stairs were protected and even the hardwood hallway. It went over 2 hours but we had a lot of stuff and they were very careful. They also were courteous and even funny throughout the whole job. I highly recommend them!

First and foremost, they did do a good job. My issues were with customer service and communication.
I had originally requested two laborers and based upon the drop location of the moving containers, I mentioned that they may want to bring 3 people to expedite the process. The 'boss' as he was referred to explained he would rework his team with this information. In the process of being an hour late, I get a call informing me that he is bringing 4 people - not something I asked for or approved, but my response was 'uh, okay'. Figured it was how he wanted to handle the 3rd person idea, he saw it as an opportunity to bill me for more. So they were late and charged me for more than had ever been discussed. My issue above all else, was not the work effort, but when it came time to pay, the 'boss' would have no discussion of the issues I had experienced and took a defensive / hostile attitude with us (my wife was very uncomfortable). It just wasn't professionally handled an he felt like I was just trying to short him. I felt I had issues with how this effort was managed logistically and had a reason to not pay full price. Ultimately, he miscalculated by about $50 and I paid that amount - still more than I should have.
