John and Derrick were amazing. John called me to confirm after I set up the appointment, he called a day or two before the service date, and he called the morning of. They arrived exactly on time. They were polite, professional, and very experienced. I had been very stressed out about this move and the loading of the POD, but once they started working I could see how good they were at the job. I did not think the POD was large enough but they were able to load it so well they got everything in it with room to spare - I could hardly believe it. It was worth every penny and I highly recommend them to anyone. I only wish these same gentlemen were available when it is time to unload the POD in another city.

The Works Services is truly a team of moving professionals led by Mr. John OneFeather. I hired them to move household goods from two 10x20ft storage units into a 5 bedroom house. A team of three movers completed the job in just under the estimated 6 hrs, and that's with a break for lunch that we provided them for their outstanding work. They took their time to assess the household goods in storage and packed it professionally into the moving truck, taking care to use furniture pads to protect all the wood furniture and using every inch of space possible. Unloading took half the time, as John stayed on the truck to hand the items to the other two movers, and I directed them to the appropriate room in the house. It's a well-tuned operation, that made this move a breeze. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND John and his team at The Works Services. I'm prior military and I've had my fair share of moves, of which I hope this will be the last of more than a dozen moves over the last 20 years. I would say that John and his team have been THE BEST movers I've ever hired to date. Do not pass them up for the other guys, HIRE THEM TODAY!!! :)

I was over all extremely pleased with this moving company. Very professional and right on time. Very careful with all of my things and did a great job wrapping my big items like grandfather clock and curio cabinets. One thing was accidentally broken at the end of the day (a marble night stand top), but they were forthright in reporting this to me immediately and were sincerely apologetic. I don't think one mis-step diminishes the quality of service I received. John and Derek were great to work with!

Great crew! Very experienced in POD loading and very helpful. Worked very hard and helped with the final packing and loading a van for overflow.Nice guys, too.

The team arrived at the start of the arrival window. I booked three hours for the two person team to unload a large PODS storage unit (which was intentionally conservative because I didn't know what to expect for elevator availability). The team was fast, careful, and proficient. The storage unit was emptied in about half the time allotted time. They worked hard, respected the property as well as the apartment building and the other tenants. I would use them again.

Only bad thing is they were so fast it did not take the amount of time I booked and no refund. Otherwise they did a fantastic job and were well worth the money.
