John and George worked tirelessly to unload our truck full of boxes and furniture. They staged the boxes in a way that we can get to them to unpack easily. They worked until the truck was done (paid extra hours charge happily) and were very easy to communicate with on moving day. Thank you for your hard work.

1. John OneFeather called me right after I ordered their service and then I texted him and then finally called him and left a message a few days before the move and he did not return call. 2. Did not feel that the POD was filled efficiently and that they could have gotten more on. 3. 3 men should have been able to fill a 16' POD and put maybe 6 lg pieces on another truck in 2 hours. We had to hire them for another hour and it was then that they just threw stuff on, severely dented our file cabinet and was so rough with our boxes I'm not sure what I'll find when I get the POD. Finally they just put some baskets loosely in the tail end of the POD and called it good because they were out of time again. I pulled out the baskets and most of the last layer and put 7 more boxes and the baskets in. We asked them to put heavy stuff in and we have many heavy items in storage that really needed to go on the POD.
