The two guys Agent V sent were amazing. Super fast and professional. My dog escaped (my fault not theirs) when I'd opened the door and on our way to the next location, they happened to see her, and stopped to pick her up. Completely out of their job description, but I appreciated it greatly! What would have taken me all day, took them less than 2 hours! I'd absolutely recommend them!

I want to start by saying that the gentleman that came to move us worked very hard and were careful with our things. That being said the rest of my experience was not good. I didn't receive a confirmation call until 9pm the night before our move saying that they were going to be three hours late. I felt like I wasn't going to be given a choice about their arrival time because someone booked a job before us. I had to insist and drag my feet and It was not until I asked about being refunded that the situation was dealt with. The lead gentleman was irritated that we already started loading boxes even though I specifically told him and the manager that all I really needed him for was furniture. I understand that things come up but I was not at all impressed with how the situation was handled.
