This help was amazing. They worked directly with me to find out the best time to come out - they kept communicating updates to me as they came out - (and even came out earlier). They were prepared for the job as requested and assisted in putting things together which I considered above and beyond the request! They were considerate to my wife (and ... the changing requests... :).. which after they left, she said she really liked the way they handled themselves and performed the work (to me THAT said it all!!).

The work was great, I am trying to file a claim for my stairwell that they marked and chipped the wall. I have email the address the mover gave me on Sat, has of now no reply.

Overall did a good job.
Only complaint:
I originally scheduled them for 1:30 pm when I booked them online. They wanted to reschedule for earlier when I talked to them the day before the job. We rescheduled for 11:30 am. Then they called at 10:00 am the day of the scheduled service to say they were on their way and they got aggravated that we weren't ready for them- even though the appointment was for 11:30 am.
Other than that everything went pretty well. It did take an extra hour to get everything loaded, but they were moving things down stairs and it was very hot and humid. They took very good care of our furniture and boxes and nothing was damaged or broken.

Pete & Sergio were great. They let me know when they were on their way, got here on time, were clean and courteous, began working the minute they walked in the door and got two days work done in 90 minutes. The only reason they stopped was because the large stock trailer they were loading was totally full. I have already recommended them to several friends. When I move "for real" I'm calling them to come help me again. Very good experience!

The Young men were on time and very friendly. They saw what needed to be moved into moving truck and started work. They packed the truck, so that everthing would fit in. They made sure that we were happy with what they did. We were well pleased with the movers and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. Thanks for all the great help, it made moving my daughter a whole lot less stressful.
