Marked up walls and tried to blame us. Weren’t careful with furniture and didn’t allow us to put drawers back in dressers before loading. We had 72 blankets and had to remind them to use them. Hired them for 4 hours they left after 3 hours because they had 2 other jobs ahead of them they said. That extra hour should have been used to properly protect furniture. Finally, after asking them to leave a chair out of the POD so I could donate it to disabled military veterans who were coming to pick it up while they were still there, I was informed that was debris removal and they charged $75 for leaving the chair out of the POD. I find that unconscionable.
