They did a wonderful job. My original movers cancelled and this crew showed up, took amazing care of my things, were professional, and were incredibly efficient. I’d highly recommend.

The good: They arrived on time. They were careful with our house and belongings. All greatly appreciated.
The bad:
* They sent two workers and a "supervisor." The supervisor mostly sat in his car and played on his phone. My husband had to leave work and supervise the workers, himself.
* The workers weren't given lifting belts and other things they needed to be able to work safely and well.
* We found one of the guys eating a sandwich instead of loading. That's not okay-- eat on your own time. It was at this point that my husband decided he needed to take over supervising them. I fault the absentee supervisor for this behavior, as much as I do the worker who tried to get away with it.
* Finally, the supervisor refused to actually configure the load in such a way as to fill the truck well and properly. And the workers were young and inexperienced, and I guess they had no idea how to do so. My son had to jump in and configure the load or they would have just loaded one layer of stuff, leaving TONS of available space unused, and called it a day. That's wasteful and disrespectful. Obviously, we needed the truck filled to the brim with as much stuff as possible loaded into it. Who doesn't?!
We should not have had to take up their slack as we did, especially because this company was significantly more expensive than any other moving company we've hired here in Charlotte. We've worked with three or four other companies during this move, and all of them gave us MUCH better service for a far lower price. I very much dislike leaving bad reviews for folks. However, the truth is that we will not hire this company again, due to the above issues. They just gave us poor quality service.
