They were a bit late, but they made up for it by working hard and FAST! They took care of our valuable furniture, helped move miscellaneous items from our vehicles up three flights of stairs and did it all with great attitudes.
I highly recommend them and I will likely use them for my next move.

I hired four movers for a minimum four hours.they arrived four hours late with a crew of two instead of four.they left after one hour leaving me with a unloaded 26 foot uhaul truck.they returned with four movers the next day.only an hour late.whoohoo!! Then they proceeded to do a below average job.i’ll spare you the details save one-they were “unable” to move my gunsafe as agreed upon.there i was waving goodbye to Mitchell Movers left to fend for myself. Very disappointing.

These guys were fantastic! They showed up ready to work and were professional and respectful. If they had any questions regarding an item and potential damage they had us go inspect it before it was unloaded so we could accurately assess any damages. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Just wanted to say the guys that came to help us move were exceptional! Not only were they very skilled at moving and packing the items in a resourceful, efficient way but they were kind and courteous. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect to immediately be contacted. We will go in-depth on the details on your move. We will then call you the day before the move to verify our arrival window and go over any last minute changes. Last we will call 30 minutes before our arrival your home the day of the move. We have a true commitment to communication and making sure we are up to date and prepared to dominate.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When we arrive at your home we like to take a tour of the house and go into detail of exactly what you would like done. We then mix our consistent system of moving with your wants and tips to make your moving day peaceful. We prioritize furniture safety over everything else. Although we like to move fast we balance our attention towards making sure there is no scratches on your furniture, walls or floors.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
That varies on each job. Some need lots of help while others want us out as quick as possible. This is a question you should discuss with who ever you chose to move you when going over the details.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been at it a while and have done on the jobs above but i'll list a few of my favorites. In 2017, we got to install the first weight room at Clayton- Bradley Academy in Knoxville. We also moved the canyon into the Civil War Museum in Pigeon, Forge. My personal favorite is definitely any of the 3 long distance moves we've done to the Florida coast.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy getting to meet new people and staying in shape for a living.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Yes, we have a 4 day training course for new guys . They learn the basics. We also have a 3 month minimum before employees are allowed to load a box truck or lead jobs.
