They called me before arriving, and did everything we asked- no questions or complaints! We live on the third floor, and they quickly and safely got all of our furniture and boxes up the stairs within an hour; which is half the time I predicted they'd take. Very pleased with their services.

Extremely courteous. Understood they were basically there to do just exactly whatever I told them to. They are young, and have good strength. They came prepared and worked hard with a reasonable expectation for a hydration or smoke break here and there. We moved on a day when it was about 90F outside. Only one drawback - they were an hr late. This wasn't that bad an issue - but - it caused me to have to do 2 things: 1) change my plan on what all they were going to load, i had to make them skip some small stuff just to save time, i ended up moving the smaller boxes myself in 3-4 trips a couple days later, and 2) it made me almost miss my return time for the truck i had rented - this *could* have caused me to incur cost for keeping the truck overnight, i ended up making it to truck rental place about 5 minutes prior to their closing. I'd probably use them again although i hope i don't have to move again for a decade or more! I hate moving.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect to immediately be contacted. We will go in-depth on the details on your move. We will then call you the day before the move to verify our arrival window and go over any last minute changes. Last we will call 30 minutes before our arrival your home the day of the move. We have a true commitment to communication and making sure we are up to date and prepared to dominate.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
When we arrive at your home we like to take a tour of the house and go into detail of exactly what you would like done. We then mix our consistent system of moving with your wants and tips to make your moving day peaceful. We prioritize furniture safety over everything else. Although we like to move fast we balance our attention towards making sure there is no scratches on your furniture, walls or floors.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
That varies on each job. Some need lots of help while others want us out as quick as possible. This is a question you should discuss with who ever you chose to move you when going over the details.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've been at it a while and have done on the jobs above but i'll list a few of my favorites. In 2017, we got to install the first weight room at Clayton- Bradley Academy in Knoxville. We also moved the canyon into the Civil War Museum in Pigeon, Forge. My personal favorite is definitely any of the 3 long distance moves we've done to the Florida coast.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy getting to meet new people and staying in shape for a living.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Yes, we have a 4 day training course for new guys . They learn the basics. We also have a 3 month minimum before employees are allowed to load a box truck or lead jobs.
