We're fast and safe to our customer's personal item/home for both moving in/out of their residents plus help pack if needed. There's two cleaning ladies for household items and before/after house moving cleaning. There will be a supervisor to a sure good quality work and will help if needed.

We were very disappointed in the service and the condition our furniture was in when we arrived.
Andrew the foreman was very nice, but it seamed like he was training two new helpers. There was a lot of standing around and discussing what needed to be done and how to lift and turn furniture. We paid for two additional hours.
When we unloaded our belongings there was a lot of damage to our furniture. We had a $4000.00 bedroom set that they had broken out one of the 3 foot long panels in the footboard how I don't know but they did. Also they did not tell us about it and just layed the broken panel with the footboard. On one of the chest of drawers they busted off one of the round 4 inch legs and the mounting, again did not tell us just put it in the truck. One of the night stands had a severe gouge in it and scratches on the other.
There were several boxes we had marked "fragile" all over and were stacked on the very bottom of stack of boxes going all the way to the ceiling. There were other boxes marked "paint bottom stack" that were placed on top of our furniture luckily none of the paint spilled.
They were not the least expensive and I would have expected better service. I would not recommend them and believe they should not be allowed to be an option on hire a helper. I have used Hire a helper before and had very good success. Very disappointed.

The movers were right on time, very efficient, careful, and curtious. They didn't waste time and got the job done unloading a very full large uhaul in just under 2 hrs. They made the difficult move very easy for us. I'd recommend them to anyone needing help, I also wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
