We hired four men and they were all hard working and courteous. They completed the job very quickly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Mark was very accommodating and helpful with all my questions.

When they got there they worked quickly, were polite and helpful. However, the job was scheduled to start at 12 and did not start until 2. Constant delays and apologies. It was ok because I was off and working around the house. On any other day, the whole effort would have been wasted.

I was so pleased with the help I received from Triangle Labor Services. The two men that they sent me showed up early, were very pleasant and worked six hours with almost no breaks.

We could not have been happier with the packing and loading service provided by Triangle Labor Services. They arrived promptly when scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently (finished one hour earlier than we had anticipated), and obviously knew what they were doing. The guys worked very hard the whole time they were there. They were very nice and personable and helpful. My only criticism was that one of the guys smoked inside of my container while packing my stuff. I don't smoke, so I am worried that my stuff will smell when I get it. Also, there was a cigarette butt left inside of the U-Haul when I dropped it off. Again, I don't smoke.
All in all, they did a great job and really busted it the whole time they were there. Other than the cigs I would give him 5 stars. They all have kids and are working to take care of them, and I respect that tremendously! They were very nice, called me and showed up on time and worked very hard. I tipped them all for the hard work. Thanks guys!

Did not get started on time and weren't particularly organized or friendly. Took the full two hours to load my 1-bedroom apartment onto moving truck, but had long hallways to deal with.

The guys from Triangle Labor were excellent. They communicated with me several times before, and on the day of, our move. The workers were very respectful and willing to move anything we asked them to move. They worked hard moving the heavy stuff while we moved the lighter items and boxes. With their assistance, our move went very well. I would definitely use Triangle Labor services again. The only mild gripe might be that the guys did not show up with a hand truck, but it was not an issue because we were not moving major appliances and they showed no signs of needing a hand truck for the items moved.

Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.

Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
