When you hire us you will get personalized, professional service. We have downsized and consolidated our service coverage to the DC Metro area ( including N. Va. S.Md and parts of the Eastern Shore. We are looking to provide quality over quantity so we can give each customer the attention they deserve. We can do packing, wrapping as well as loading and unloading. While my experience in NY with HireAHelper was negative, I was so pleased with the two very professional and efficient movers that Triangle Labor Services provided here in NC. They arrived on time and completed the job within the contracted time. On the other hand, I hesitated in contracting with HireAHelper again, because my loading job in August with Q's movers out of NY did not go so well, and little did I know how badly damaged my possessions would be until the Triangle movers started to unload. They were amazed at the unprofessional prep and packing job done by the packers from Q's moving in NY that they immediately contacted their supervisor prior to proceeding with the unloading. I was further disturbed by my inability to reach anyone at HireAHelper other than by email (automated system just looped to nowhere), and the arrogance of Q's movers when I contacted them to complain about the damage done to my possessions from his company's poor packing. Example: just about every piece of furniture had gouges or were broken due to the use of shrink wrap vs blankets (although I had so many blankets left that I had to return them to my local Harbor Freight), and placement of metal bed rails leaning on furniture, or furniture on furniture. I'm glad I chose to contract again with HireAHelper because my unloading experience with Triangle Labor Services was so positive, but all involved should take a step back and look at what they call professional movers and the people they employ and stand behind. We trusted that the movers knew what they were doing and didn't interfere with the loading of our 3 PODS, much to our financial disadvantage. I am also very disappointed in Q's movers response, or lack of, especially since I complied with their request of photos of the damage. I was basically called a liar and told the damage was our fault due to lack of blankets and that we had started to load on our own (also false - all that had been loaded was a disassembled pool table that had been professionally disassembled and loaded into the POD). The poor packing by Q's movers also prevented us from being able to take all our possessions and we still have several furniture pieces still in NY that we must move on our own. Our "professional movers" packed all the boxes first and then had no room for some of the furniture. I recommend anyone using this system of moving keep a VERY WATCHFUL eye on the moving process from start to finish!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call and at that time answer any questions the customer may have. We confirm our information ( date,time, address etc). We are happy to take calls and help resolve any issues between booking and the day of the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Politeness, efficiency, excellent communication. We listen to our customers and provide feedback and advice if necessary.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
They should make sure they have furniture pads, shrink wrap, tape, rope or ratchet straps available for us to use. Also an uncluttered environment is ideal. Have boxes staged and furniture empty of breakables.
What types of moves have you handled?
We are experienced in all aspects of moving from simply rearranging someone’s home, loading up a college student to multi-million dollar homes.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and facing new challenges every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members watch instructional videos and work beside experienced professionals, also we don’t hire someone without previous experience.
