Josh and his team at On Time Moving are AMAZING! We had arranged for a POD to be dropped off and PODS didn’t let us know until the day prior what our service window was. Josh was super accommodating and told us we could just text him when we receive it and arrange a time then. He called to let us know when he was on his way and kept us updated when there was traffic. He and Daniel were professional and friendly and helped make our move that much easier. Josh MUST be great at Tetris cuz he stacked and packed our giant POD professionally. He made sure things were tied down and the weight was evenly distributed.
We had him and and his team come back to help load the 2nd POD and it was definitely jammed pack (almost afraid all of our remaining stuff wouldn’t fit in the smaller POD, but he professionally maneuvered it all in)! He is reasonably priced and ensures client satisfaction- HIGHLY recommended! Don’t hesitate and book him!
