They were on time and worked hard but it took a long time to wrap furniture. I had a ton of stuff so I think I needed 3 or 4 helpers but hired only 2. If we wouldn't of helped it would not have been done in our 7 hours. They made it all fit in one trip. I was impressed... Packed well.

My two Hire a Helpers were excellent. They arrived on time, were prepared for the job, and worked hard moving furniture and other heavy items from our basement, up a difficult stairway, and into our garage. They were respectful of our property. They offered constructive recommendations to make the job more efficient. They finished a difficult job in less than two hours. Yes I would use them again.

Nate and Adam were wonderful and careful, they are the best!! , no shirt ! They did all I expected and more. I could not be more pleased. They were on time. They were prepared for the job. Oh my gosh did they work hard!! I am moving out of Fayetteville, NC and the day was about 95 degrees and humid. They packed everything in my rental truck in the two hours (It would have taken me and friends all day). I also had to get a smaller rental vehicle since it would just be me and my mother driving the truck and they were able to get all of it to fit. They were incredibly considerate. I would definitely use them again! I would also recommend them.

On the plus side they were on time and they were very fast in getting the POD unloaded. At first I was impressed. I even overlooked some things dropped from their carts. As time went on the first thing I noticed was that most items were just placed in a hodgepodge manner. It was difficult to even find the labels on the boxes. Then as I unpacked more and more things I found broken items. These things were immensely well packed by professionals! Through the use of paper, cardboard, foam matting board, packing peanuts, foam wrap, bubble wrap...they were, if anything overpacked. On top of that everything was strapped in the pod to an extreme. And, being a photographer I sort of naturally took SEVERAL photos of the innards of the packing etc. No difference between the before and after photos. I wish I could find some of the strapping, and such, that was used to hold the items in. Could say more, but enough. Seems they were more focused on 'fast' rather than 'quality'. In too much of a hurry to get to their next job maybe?

Aaron and Adam were ten minutes early and made very fast and efficient work of loading my truck. Really, they mastered the jigsaw-puzzle-packing of a lot of stuff into a too-small truck, helped us move other furniture into the garage after and offered suggestions of other companies we could call to complete the remainder of our last-minute move. Jaren was there training as well and was very helpful. All three gentlemen were friendly, task-oriented and professional. Adam was particularly polite and gracious. Great job!
