This crew was represented to me as an experienced, professional loading team. The damages my furniture and household goods suffered as a result of the move are evidence that they were, in fact, clueless. Not one piece of furniture or box arrived at the destination unscathed. We're still assessing the damage.
The crew was on time and worked hard, but should have been supervised by someone who understands how to load and secure items for a safe arrival. I would absolutely not use them again.

The helpers that were hired from A.B. Industries were very professional. They took care into moving my things without damaging anything. They also were very good at utilizing the space in the rental truck. I would hire these guys for another job for sure if I needed help in the Portage Michigan area again or if someone I knew was looking for help.

I was especially impressed by Aaron, the person with whom I contracted the date and time. My son was driving through here with a U-Haul to pick up furniture for his move. His arrival date changed and then his arrival time kept changing; Aaron worked with me to have his men here at just the right time.
The men were on time, friendly, and professional. They did an excellent job, and helped me beyond what was minimally required. They went above and beyond.
