The crew arrived within 10 minutes of the appointment and got right to work. I was pleasantly surprised with how much they got done, packing my entire 3BR house in four hours with three guys! Would recommend and use again.

I hired AB Industries LLC for several hours to pack an ABF trailer I rented through UPack.com that would transport my belongings from Michigan to Texas. They were on time and very polite and customer service oriented. They brought extra moving supplies but used mine first to save me money. They knew I was under an extreme amount of stress and were very "comforting" in that I trusted them to help me and that they knew what they were doing. They worked very hard. It went well enough that I tipped the helpers at the end. Unfortunately, much of my stuff was damaged because of the way it was packed into the trailer. The movers I hired to unload in Texas were very disturbed by the condition of the boxes and that my wood furniture was scarred. lamp shades were ruined and a bedside table was broken. They began taking pictures not only to protect themselves but also to help me. I don't know how this story will end but I cannot recommend hiring them to anyone else at this point.
