When I was offered an earlier appointment I was extremely pleased because I was ready sooner than I originally planned. The customer service over the phone was great!!! The movers were on time, professional, careful, answered questions, provided feedback while moving my items. I could not have been more pleased with this service. I highly recommend!!!!

The guys were professional and friendly from the start. They took care to unload my container and ensure that my belongings were kept safe. S.B. and Travis made sure the container was emptied out and our bed was assembled before our time was up. I will use them for our next move!

They arrived on time. They completed the job in exactly the amount of time I had anticipated. One of the furniture pieces was a serious problem but he figured it out. Between the two of them they were able to complete taking the armoire apart. We were very pleased with these two men. They demonstrated a great work ethic, knew what they were doing, worked hard and got it all done. I plan to request them when it is time to empty our POD and put the furniture back in our house.

Overall, they were on time, they worked hard and were helpful. They had the tools needed to complete the work. There was time was spent on unrelated phone calls that I feel shouldn't have interrupted the task at hand. We ended up with some baseboard moulding scratches and one cracked wall plate (which was immediately pointed out and will be replaced). They completed the job in the allotted time and all items that needed to be put back together were taken care of. I would use Class-A-Moving again. 4.5 rating.
