Hey Chris-Just wanted to let you know that the guys you sent to move my mother were outstanding! I believe it was Simon and Dan at 460 Reserve South yesterday.
They were kind and courteous and never got frustrated if my mother (who has Alzheimer's) wanted something placed in a different location or when she diverted there attention to something irrelevant they were very gracious!
They were so on point and you should be very proud that they represent you!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Immediate contact to confirm appointment date, time, and any specific tools required for disassembly or reassembly. Follow up call 24 hours before your moving date.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Prompt and efficient crew, all uniformed. Dollies, tools, plastic wrap and rope on every job. We also sell blankets at request.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack all belongings into boxes, and separate anything that is NOT going to be packed, into a clearly defined area.
What types of moves have you handled?
Long distance, local, full service, labor only, corporate. Everything.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Helping our local community with trustworthy, reliable moving service, which is hard to find these days.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We are a small business and operate with 6 total crew members. Because of this, all of my guys get 5+ moves a week, 100's a year per member. We are a very experienced team.
