They weren’t prepared to move heavy furniture like I had tho! They also had no tools to help me put my table and chairs back together! They were very nice and respectful of my property!

Workers didn't show up on time. Was supposed to be here at 3 or 4. Called their boss and he jumped on their butts & didn't get here till about 7, 3 hrs later & hired them for 3hrs and didn't finish until 11:30pm & we wanted to leave early the next morning. We had to postpone for a day to leave because we didn't get to bed till 2:00am after the workers left. We reserved 30blankets for the furniture etc. We arrived at our destination and found many pieces of our furniture had rubbed flat spots on the top side of the furniture & 2 antique chairs scratched in many places. The thing I forgot to mention was when the workers arrived one of the guys was pissed off since the boss jumped on him and the other was carrying the ottomans and was all wet from his sweat. We filled a claim on the furniture but they PAID only .60 per lb which ended up $240 which wouldn't even pay for one of the chairs that was damaged. The items damaged cost approx $1800.00. Even when I talked to the workers boss he thought it was CRAP for what the company pays. He said he would make up the difference on the damages. I text him a message so I could email him what we paid for the items damaged. He dropped off the face of the Earth & won't answer me. My recommendation is that get full coverage replacement on your load as is I think $24 per thousand which was my mistake. With all that said and done I would not recommend hiring these workers.
