They were BEYOND AMAZING!! The movers I originally hired took my money and never showed and Going Forward Moving took my call last minute, drove over an hour and helped me move. They even managed to get my elliptical down the stairs from the second floor with 2 flights of stairs and it’s huge!!! They came prepared with things I didn’t even know would be needed, they were very respectful of my property and I would 100% use them again. I wish every company was like this one, best experience I’ve ever had with movers.

We booked our helpers at the last minute, just 6 hours before we needed to finished loading a half full truck. They took over another companies job and made record time filling the remaining space. They worked really fast and hard in freeIng temperatures. The leader, Javier, called ahead to make sure he had the right crew for the job and we adjusted the booking to accommodate our last minute, unusual situation! The three guys were awesome! We enjoyed talking with them and feel that they did their best job given they had to work with a half done job by someone else.
We are very grateful for the positive attitude even after they all had a long day!

We had a difficult unloading situation but they worked with us through all of it, including some changes on the fly like the storage units we were going to use. Javier and Carnito were amazing! They communicated arrival time and called again to let us know exactly what time they would arrive according to GPS. Once they arrived they literally did not stop. We hired for 2 hours and they finished everything with time to spare. I would highly recommend them.
