Unpacked our pod much faster than expected and offered to stay to help move items around, assemble furniture, fold blankets, etc. since we had already paid for the time. Courteous, friendly, communicative, and professional.

Javier and his brother-in-law were exactly what we needed to accomplish our move! They came prepared with any and all equipment that may be needed hand trucks, stretch wrap, and ratchet straps. Going Forward Moving had all of our heavy items including couch, dressers, totes, and mattress downstairs and in the truck in less than 45 minutes. This is particularly impressive with how narrow the stairwell in this 1881 apartment building was, Javier and Anthony are top notch professionals with a sense of humor to add to the mix, thank you gentlemen! Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Javier and Raoul were magnificent. They worked together as a team, were ahead of time and worked over, worked very hard and used intelligence every step. The truck was packed elegantly and unloading Javi asked considerate questions to save me extra work, that I had not thought of myself. I do not look forward to moving again ever, but if I have to, I'd seek them as a dream team.
