For a guaranteed low rate, a moving crew will come to your new residence and unload for you. This service includes placement of furniture into designated rooms. Loading: a good idea for any moving customer - Properly wrapping and padding your furniture can be a daunting task. Our professional loaders will properly wrap and pad all furniture as it goes onto the truck. Make sure that you have ordered plenty of furniture blankets and a loading ramp from your truck rental company! Not all truck rental companies have the proper furniture blankets available so make sure prior to ordering your truck. If you have concerns, give us a call and we can walk you through what to order. Move Management: This is a Free service to all of our customers. U CALL WE HAUL will not only provide quality loading and unloading, but we will also coordinate all of the “moving parts”. You already have plenty to do without having to worry about the coordination of who is where and when. Sit back and relax while we make sure that your move is smooth and easy.

Zack and Kenny worked steadily. They were polite and careful. They were able to move a very heavy elliptical machine into the basement . I would recommend them highly.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!
Too many issues, but the highlights include:
-threw belongings in without wrapping; I even had a detailed discussion with them upon arrival and showed the dozen moving blankets I rented and agreed they would wrap the few items I did not wrap myself.
Damaged over $2000 worth of electronics and personal belongings.
I was forced to sign a release before they left and, as a result, management basically said I was out of luck. I was working on packing and moving boxes inside while they were carrying out boxes one at a time (had three dollies but they refused to use them) so I was not out watching them every single second and stupidly signed the release.
WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!
RUN! RUN! RUN! IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF YOUR BELONGINGS WHEN YOU MOVE!

All 3 were very hard workers and were able to fit everything into my POD. I used them for 2 hours instead of the 3 hours, and when it was time to give them the pay code, I was taking too long on my phone. One of the movers offered me his phone which had the information ready, but it had a cracked screen. When I was having a difficult time with the keys and a cracked screen, he took over for me while I dictated my information. My only complaint is that he never changed the time from 3 hours of service to 2 hours of service after we all agreed on the time spent. I didn't notice the error until after I received the email receipt. I was told they don't give refunds after I called to complain. I did try to go back to their vehicle before the error was discovered to give them a tip, but they already left. I guess they got a bigger tip than I wanted to give with the extra hour added on. I would use them again, but this time use my own phone.

I would definitely hire U Call We Haul if we ever move again. Zach and Nicholas showed up on time and ready to work. They were polite, personable, and willing to help with every request. Couldn't ask for better.

They were extremely slow moving didn’t have proper equipment, like a dolly etc. it cost me an extra hours time which really upset me. Dropped items even my small tv which luckily was in a box protected by styrofoam.

The truck was not packed well and furniture was not secured. Lamps were stuffed under items and shades crushed before we even left on our trip. Fragile items under heavy items. We had to unload half the truck and reload.

This was by far and away the best part of the move. The company was incredibly accommodating when I had to change times the night before because my storage container was not delivered, with no notice after being confirmed it would be delivered the day before I scheduled help. The movers are amazing and moved several heavy items without any damage. They were so helpful and friendly. I feel lucky to have had their assistance!
